We play a big part to the consumer’s experience as we are the last ones to touch the product before it is delivered to them. In order to continually execute fulfilling orders timely and accurate for our clients I am responsible for developing, inspiring, and leading a team of problem solvers who are constantly innovating and implementing new processes and technologies to better serve our clients.

Online shopping is not going anywhere anytime soon but the cost of being an online merchant continues to get more expensive with rising supply chain and shipping costs. It’s our responsibility to enable the technology and continue building out our fulfillment network that will allow eCommerce merchants to ship product to their consumers the most cost-effective way at their desired transit speed.

I come from a Finance/Accounting background and received a Master of Accounting at the University of Utah. I worked in Public Accounting right after college and shortly after found myself working for a startup fulfillment company called IFS360 where I ran their Accounting/Finance department. Like most startups you find yourself wearing a lot of hats and I fell in love with the Operations side of the business. Long story short I found myself running that company for a few years until we were acquired by Rakuten Super Logistics (RSL). Fast forward three years from there I was then overseeing the fulfillment operations of RSL's 12 facilities across the US. Which brings me to today where RSL is now ShipNetwork and I continue to oversee the operations and position the company for continued growth.

I was born and raised in Utah and simply can’t get enough of the outdoor activities the state has to offer. If I’m not outside, you are almost guaranteed to find me working on some house renovation project. Some like to call me "D-Y-I Damien."

I'm most proud of the accomplishment of our team navigating through the pandemic. We saw record order volume through that time while faced with extreme labor pressures on top of trying to keep all our staff healthy and safe. What our team accomplished through that historical event is nothing short of amazing.
