Physical Requirements: The essential functions of the job require: sitting approximately one (1) hour per day, standing approximately four (4) hours per day, and walking approximately three (7) hours per day. The job also requires frequent bending/stooping, grasping, and kneeling. The work occasionally requires, pulling, pushing, reaching, and lifting/carrying objects weighing up to 44 pounds. On rare occasions the work requires lifting/carrying more than 45 pounds.
Sensory Requirements: Hearing: ability to detect proper equipment operation, detects alarms, and understands what others are saying in normal conversation and on the telephone. Speaking: ability to communicate orally with others and speak effectively on the telephone. Seeing: ability to see and read computer monitor screens, operates a vehicle and equipment, and read normal print.

The Outbound Lead will be responsible for managing the daily efforts and productivity of the members of the outbound department, while operating in line with company SOPS to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The position requires a real “team first” mentality and a desire to never stop improving. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse setting, in a previous leadership/supervisory role.
• Plan, oversee and manage outbound order processing flow.
• Manage outbound team to ensure timely and accurate execution of order processing
• Prepare various merchandise for delivery; prepare packages for shipping
according to established procedures.
• Communicate with various personnel, departments, vendors, and others to provide
and receive information, resolve questions and issues, and coordinate activities.
• Maintain a variety of records, files, and reports; maintain records of stock and
warehouse supplies.
• Operate a variety of warehouse equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
The Ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge/skills:
• Materials, equipment and supplies used in a warehouse.
• Proper lifting techniques
• Record-keeping techniques.
• Health and safety regulations.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Working knowledge and previous experience using a WMS.
• Basic mathematical skills
• Must be able to stand and/or be on their feet for long periods of time (6-8 hours)
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds
• Experience with warehouse inventory
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Strong sense of urgency
• Previous experience leading or managing a team
• Strong computer skills – must be proficient utilizing Excel, email and easily able to navigate through different computer programs.

The Inbound Lead will be responsible for managing the daily efforts and productivity of the members of the receiving department, while operating in line with company SOPS to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse setting, in a previous leadership/supervisory role.
• Oversee the receiving department and staff.
• Motivate & Inspire team to accomplish daily goals by executing and following company SOPs
• Responsible for timely and accurate receipt of inbound inventory.
• Load, Unload & Sign for freight and carrier shipments.
• Keep an organized work space and work flow.
• Manage client inventory to ensure efficient and safe pick flows for outbound team.
• Report Daily and Weekly Numbers to Management
The Ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge/skills:
