It is the process a 3PL runs to assemble and ship recurring boxes on a schedule. It includes kitting, packaging, batch shipping, tracking, and support. 

Can you ship on specific cycle dates

Yes. We plan and batch by your renewal and ship dates. 

How do you keep boxes accurate 

We use simple documented steps and a second accuracy check before sealing. 

Can you lower my shipping cost 

We right size packaging and use a proprietary ship method that selects the best route and service for the best combination of speed and price. 

Can you handle variations by tier or size 

Yes. We support tiered assortments and common swaps such as size, scent, or flavor. 

What happens when tracking does not update 

Our systems send order status and tracking data that your ecommerce, subscription, or support tools can use to keep customers informed. We can share typical scan timelines so your team can set the right expectations. 

Can subscribers change addresses after renewal 

Your subscription platform controls address changes and renewal rules. As long as updated orders are sent to ShipNetwork before cut off, we ship to the latest address on the order. 

Do you support shelf stable or fragile items 

Yes. We support shelf stable products and can configure packaging and kitting for fragile items. Fresh or frozen products and highly perishable goods are generally out of scope, but our team can review your items and confirm what is possible.
