As the leader in Information Technology at ShipNetwork, Paul is responsible for growing the company with a focus on identifying synergies between IT Systems and Technologies.

Paul leads with comprehensive knowledge in creating strong IT SOPs for SOC II Type 2 audits, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001. He advocates for compliance ownership at all levels to ensure that network and security processes are followed and data integrity remains one of the highest priorities of the company. Innovative and resilient, Paul also possesses strong knowledge and understanding of building successful product and application delivery models utilizing Agile\Scrum framework.

With a track record for success in Networking Infrastructure and System Application Management, Paul has over 25 years of experience in the Transportation and Supply Chain Services industries. His background encompasses all aspects of budgeting, planning, coordinating, and executing daily operations for medium to large-scale companies. Under his trusted leadership, hands-on knowledge, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels, Paul is focused on developing and maintaining strong working relationships with personnel, vendors, and customers.

Striving to better his community, Paul gives his time and effort through charity events, and volunteer work, and includes concerted efforts to sponsor fundraisers for local schools and youth sports.

Paul lives in California and has a strong passion for the outdoors. Given the rigors of balancing work and family life, he still allocates time for hiking through national forests, navigating through offroad trails, and fishing with friends and family. Paul enjoys taking in all the beauties of nature, enjoying time with close friends and family, and best of all, unplugging from the digital world, albeit for a brief period of time.
