Our 20 years of logistics are filled with talented team members and exceptional entrepreneurs. Our VP of Sales, Marketing, and Clients Services, Jason Chan, is one of those team members that has dedicated himself daily to supporting the goals of our company and our clients.
In his role, Jason plays multiple positions as the coach, cheerleader, and quarterback for the Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams. He oversees client experience from lead development to contract signing and years into the future. He works to drive overall revenue and company growth through a variety of sales and marketing initiatives. Most importantly though, he focuses on having fun delivering an exceptional client experience that allows our retailers to focus on their businesses knowing RSL has their fulfillment taken care of.
Prior to joining the team at Rakuten Super Logistics, Chan ran CenturyLink’s Las Vegas marketing and nurtured his entrepreneurial spirit, owning several businesses including car washes and an energy drink company.
Here’s what he had to say about being a part of our team.
What is your biggest accomplishment with RSL?
I’ve met so many entrepreneurs and company representatives who’ve gotten their time back by outsourcing their fulfillment to us. I love getting vacation photos from clients as many of them haven’t been able to go on vacation as their fulfillment was life-consuming. By outsourcing to us, they finally get to catch some rays! I also work with a great team who has helped grow the company 5X in the past 2.5 years I’ve been here.
