I manage the day-to-day activities of the Sales team at ShipNetwork, training new Sales Development Representatives (SDR) & Account Executives (AE) to reach their full potential. I also offer guidance for new team members during the ramping up stage. I conduct weekly performance reports submitted to management and Executive Team. Finally (however don't conclude my responsibilities), I own the processes that help a sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives. Since I've been here, there's been a revenue growth from $40M (2017) to $96M (2021). With Sales average deals 192K (2018) to 297K (2021). Helping me to achieve a promotion from Sales Manager to Director of Sales.
I have been a manager/coach/mentor/trainer for over 20 years, and I'm not stopping any time soon. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, choreographing dances, volunteering in the community, reading in my book club, hunting, fishing, and spending as much time with my family.
